Spondylolisthesis is a painful spinal disease that can present with low back and back pain, leg pain, neurogenic claudication, motor deficit, sensory dysfunction and sphincter dysfunction. In the treatment of spondylolisthesis, besides pharmacological treatment, there are physical therapy methods and surgical treatment methods, as well as interventional pain treatment methods, the use of which has been increasing in recent years. Interventional pain management methods are mostly applied before surgical methods in patients who have not responded to pharmacological treatment and physical therapy methods. The most commonly used methods are Facet joint injection, Radio Frequency Thermocoagulation, Epidural injections, Sacroiliac joint injections, Epiduroscopy. In a disease such as spondylolisthesis that seriously reduces the socioeconomic quality of life of people, providing treatment with the appropriate interventional pain method before deciding on surgical treatment provides both an effective treatment and a more comfortable after life by eliminating postoperative movement restrictions.
